M203  Fragmentary Ammo

M0508 “Interceptor” sabot system and  40mm fragmentary round

The base of the system is the Sabot, made of HDPE plastic for long life span and reusability. It allows M203 gas grenade systems flexibility in ammo choices unheard of till now. Including shooting large volume “Beehives” using popcorn seeds or dried peas/beans or small water/paint balloons Better for the environment, better for the wallet

The heart of it is the M0508 projectile. A point detonating, 40mm M203 round, shooting 50 BBs 20+ feet form the point of impact.

Made light weight for safety the round comes in  @ 34-36 grams (loaded with .12s), same weight as the Nerf footballs used for M203 ammo @ many events

 The MilSim philosophy.

To make good products @ a great price and get them in the hands of the PLAYERS. If you are looking for detailed finish work you won't find it here. We subscribe to the 10 ft rule used by many reenacting groups. If it looks good @ 10 ft then it looks good.  In short we build AK-47s not PSG1s. For modern warfare to be simulated you have to have a range of  weapons in the hands of the average player.  Right now  most manufactures are looking for D.O.D. contracts first and players as a after thought.  $1,440 for a  Tippmann Mortar and then $7 a round to shoot, puts it beyond the price range of most players and indeed most teams.  But check out the link anyway, the blast radius is massive.

Mines are the same way with people paying $25-$100 each ( most real AP mines cost $5-$35). To Simulate mines on the battle field  you need to have a lot which means they need to be inexpensive.  There are some really nice ones out there that make a hell of a bang (some say as loud as a 308 rifle round).  Many fields/groups have banned  there use for safety reasons. Just think of diving for cover in a firefight and having one go off next to you head. Also there's the general public to consider, most airsofters play on "bandit" sites on public lands,  having a forgotten mine tripped/found by Joe hiker could be a PR nightmare. This is were our Booby Traps come in, simple, cheap, and safe. We hope our growing line up of products will fit the bill for you and you team. If you want something that you don't see here drop us an email, we are always looking for new ideas.
