are full scale reproductions in soft foam. The foam holds paint very
well so you can add detail to the raw casting
Most
of the molds are made from inert ordnance yielding a very realistic
looking product, but looks are just the beginning!
All of the foam ordnance accepts our new (optional upgrade) ACTIVE
IMPACT SYSTEM .The A.I.S. triggers on impact, firing off a safe cap
gun cap. Now players will KNOW a mortar round or grenade just landed
next to them!
All
castings as sold as "shooter grade" you will find ruff seam
lines and air bubbles in some castings

owners and event hosts Take note!! The soft foam and lack of internal
core makes this product much safer then the toy fined footballs
currently used to simulate ordnance @ many events!!
these
rounds are best fired form a 2 INCH SCHEDULE 80 pvc barrel
the
original rounds are 49mm to allow them to slide down a 50mm tube and
we lose 3/4 or so of a mm do to molding posses

schedule 40 PVC is 52mm id, it WILL WORK, BUT YOU MAY WISH TO ADD A STRIP OF "WEATHER
STRIPING" FOAM TO MAKE A BETTER AIR SEAL

Schedule 80 is a much better fit @ 48.5mm ID.
they can be squeezed in
to a 40mm launcher, HOWEVER THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH THE ROUND GOING
"SIDEWAYS" the
French round is proving to be more stable when shot from 40mm barrels.

colors at this point all rounds are yellow. the FX tip is not for sale
